Who are the women called? 🌹
by Lian Brook-Tyler
By now, you will have almost certainly heard me talk about the upcoming Rose Quest, and say over and over that it's only aligned for certain women - I've been asked to share more about who that woman is...
The women called to The Rose Quest are very different from each other, and yet, they share these wounds…
They’ve experienced s xua l transgressions, or traumatic transgression of their boundaries in other ways.
They were raised within some form of religious doctrine - or conversely rigid atheism - which distorted or limited their natural spiritual connection.
They were conditioned to contort themselves to fit within a strict box of moral purity, sometimes hypocritical, dictated by their family of origin.
They have experienced deep insecurity or disassociation with their appearance and bodies.
There’s profound themes of the shadow Masculine and shadow Feminine weaving through their stories.
Astrologically, their natal chart will be teeming with challenging themes of and dichotomies between self, intimacy, sensuality, religion, and spirituality, and especially their Chiron placements and aspects… The 8th, 9th and 12th houses are often packed.
Of course, not all of the women have experienced all of these wounds, though all of them will have several.
These women have also all been in deep work to heal these wounds, and have come far, seeing the ways these wounds shaped them, and formed their self-image, behaviour, relationships, and values, and they are now able to choose from a different, more whole and loving place.
And all of them share a gift…
A rare profound wordless opening to the Goddess, to Spirit, and to Union, albeit they may have struggled to see, own, and embody that.
(There’s much more to say on this and I will be in the coming days.)
As I go deeper myself with the Rose, in readiness to guide the circle of women into this quest, I am seeing more clearly than ever why the taboo and seemingly paradoxical work of the Temple Priestess is the medicine to the deepest layers of those wounds, not only to heal but to alchemise those wounds into medicine.
As she has been, and continues to be, for me.
I have been asked why I’m leading The Rose Quest - this is why.
I have also been asked: Why now?
It’s because I have been waiting until I was shown that there were women who were ready for this most rare of quests.
The circle is filling, and to my surprise, more surely and smoothly than I anticipated given its difficult themes and my relentless filtering and slowing down for complete alignment to be revealed… Testament to the depth of knowing of these women.
These women know, or at least sense, that they are the carriers of medicine that has the potency to heal their lineages, transform the course of their families, bring their communities into balance, and ripple out to nourish a world that is starved of beauty and love.
So the true answer to ‘Why now?’ is entirely beyond me, and it is this…
The Goddess is calling these women to reclaim Feminine spirituality and take back their rightful place in the temples, in whatever form is uniquely right for each of their souls.
And that is the women who are called.
If you are one of these women, come join us in
The Rose Quest
Let's do this sacred work together.
All my love, and in devotion to union,
Lian
