Kung Fu: An Embodiment of what I teach

By Lian Brook-Tyler

“Embody what you teach, and teach only what you have embodied” -Dan Millman

As hard as it is (and it’s *really* hard at times for this neurodivergent who struggles to tell left from right), I’m SO grateful that I have the opportunity to more deeply embody what I teach everywhere else in life in my weekly Kung Fu class.

I know that being willing to be terrible at Kung Fu strangely, magically, paradoxically makes me a much better guide and teacher of spirit, soul and sovereignty.

Huge appreciation to my sifus for guiding me through another grading despite my struggles and injuries – they’re truly wonderful, all of them.

P.S. it’s like Where’s Wally spotting me amongst the sea of men!

P.P.S. If you’re feeling the call to do life your way and want me as your guide back to yourself, Waking The Wild Medicine, beginning early 2022, could be for you. Register your interest here and we will reach out to arrange a conversation with me or Jonathan soon.

Also if you haven’t watched last year’s Wild Medicine webinar, that could be a good place for you to start.
